Flarion is built by Islands AI Ltd, a Guernsey company, for firms regulated by the GFSC and the JFSC. It exists because good fiduciary firms were running critical compliance work on spreadsheets and inboxes, while the platforms built for them were priced for banks and hosted a continent away.

The regime is the product
A compliance platform is only as good as its grasp of the regime it serves. Flarion is mapped to the GFSC Handbook chapter by chapter because that is the Handbook we live under, not one we translated from somewhere else.
The data never has to leave
Production runs on Islands AI's own infrastructure in Guernsey, with encrypted nightly backups held elsewhere in the islands. A move into a Tier III data centre on the island is under way. A firm that chose the islands for its clients can tell those clients their file never left.
Proximity is accountability
If the product is wrong, you can say so to the person who built it, in town, this week. That is not a service level agreement, and in a market this size it is worth more than one.

How big is the team?
Small enough that an email reaches the person who wrote the code. We do not claim a support organisation we do not have, and this page does not pretend otherwise.
Why should we trust a young product?
Read the evidence rather than the promise. The security page lists what runs and what does not, the platform pages show the product as it is, and the Due Diligence Pack answers a vendor review in the form your process needs. If something is not built, the site says so.
What happens if you are not here in five years?
A fair question to ask any vendor, and a better one to ask a small one. Your data exports in open formats at any time, not only on the way out, and the evaluation terms commit us to exporting it to you before anything is removed. Nothing about the way the data is stored requires us to be alive for you to read it.
