Questions about the pack
What format does it come in?
A PDF, emailed to you, usually the same day. There is no call to sit through first and nothing is gated behind a demo booking.
Is it current?
It is revised when something it describes changes, and it carries the date it was revised. If a fact in it differs from this website, the website is the one we keep current and you should ask.
Can we send our own questionnaire instead?
Yes, and most firms do both. Send it with the request and we will complete it in your format. If a question does not apply to a product our size we say so rather than writing something agreeable.
Questions the pack does not answer?
Bring them to a demo. A founder runs the call and nothing gets deferred to a specialist who will follow up.
